David squinted at his friend and said: "I think you were playing that trick of using cigarette smoke to smoke your own eyes so you can pretend to be crying in front of the girls".   
  
Wise Guy said: "Well, it was actually a combination of several things.  First, I had nothing to do in those days; Second, I was in a mental state of loneliness; Third, the preacher was a good salesman, and there was a large crowd of people with troubled mind.  People could be easily mesmerized in a crowd; Fourth, I have been dealing with business people day after day and it's a nice change of scenery meeting church folks".   
  
"You were talking about how you felt, but not the faith itself.  How do you truly feel about Jesus, you selfish SOB?"  David followed up. 
  
"I don't know him very well and I don't think he knows any Chinese very well.  It was until recent that I realized Jesus was a Jew, so I didn't know him well.  He never mentioned anything about whether Chinese were created by his father or him as he must have known something about how to deal with these far away people if he was part of the trinity.  And Jesus never mentioned the movement of Sun or Milky way, which you know we spend years to learn.  I can honestly say 'no comment' to Jesus" Wise Guy said. 
  
"Seriously though, I found there is a small difference between Western styled preacher and Chinese styled preachers.  That is in the way Chinese born preachers like to cite physicists.  Benny Hinn, Billy Graham or Joel Osteen rarely cite mathematicians or physicists because using the words from Richard Nixon: 'American people won't give a S***' about modern physics.  On the other hand, when preaching to Chinese, I found many preachers like to tell their audiences: famous physicists such as Einstein and Newton are all devoted religious people, therefore we the admirers and students of physicists should be more humble than those great scholars and have faith in God?  This is because a lot of those preachers know that Chinese educational system attributed certain polished quotes and remarks to those physicists."  The ironic part is, if those preachers had studied those two men besides achievements in laws and principles of physics, they would have known those two were probably not better choices than having celebrities such as Britney Spears to advocate family values.  Einstein was really a Zionist, not really a Christian in the usual sense.  If living under the era of Chinese Culture Revolution, Newton probably would not have hesitated to sell his soul to the devils such as 'Gang of Four' in order to punish his colleagues, such as other scholars of his time, i.e. Leibnitz.  There is nothing new under the sun, History is a set of lies agreed upon and imagination rules the world." 
  
It was dark soon and two friends departed in a hurry after saying "nice to see you again".  David felt sad on his way back to Vancouver, BC.  But on the other hand, he felt peaceful and relieved after talking to his friend.  The scenery was beautiful along I-5 from Seattle to Vancouver.  However, every beautiful scene was an illusion in David’s mind: friendship, pain, happiness, mountains, lakes, grasses, people, cars, buses, highways, clouds, time, border, border patrols, gas, gas prices, prosperity, poverty . . .
